Design2Build were engaged to design and constructed an extension to the existing home. The client brief was for a new Master Bedroom with ensuite and robe and a new master theatre room, The existing family room was extended and modified. to incorporate the new renovations.

 

After consultation with the client, and the testing of numerous design concepts, it was decided to construct the master suite as a second level. This resulted in retaining the exterior spaces and maximised the internal spaces. The construction methodology used ensured that the house remained water-tight throughout the construction period.  Landscaping was completed by the client.
