Chris from Design2Build was contracted by SPM Group to Project Manage the construction of the new Site Office building for MIRVAC. During his time working with the SPM team, Chris was able to streamline construction methodologies to enable efficient use of materials and time management. The project was completed within the time frame allocated to a Tier 1 standard.
